Ella Rho is a lab manager and research associate at the Risk, Resilience, and Culture Lab. She earned a BSc with Honours and a research master’s degree (MScR/MRes) in Psychology from Durham University in the United Kingdom. During her time in England, she worked as a placement and special activity teacher for diverse student populations in public primary and secondary schools. She went on to acquire both quantitative and qualitative research skills at various labs at Durham University, Seoul National University, Stanford University, and UC Berkeley.

Her research interests include examining risk and resilience factors within school communities and exploring the role of social capital in supporting school members.
