Bridget Moran is a fifth-year doctoral candidate in the School Psychology program. Her research focuses on the relationship between screen use and children’s mental and behavioral health, with a particular interest in how children’s books can support family conversations about the risks and benefits of screen use and promote family-centered approaches to managing technology at home and school. She earned her B.A. in Psychology and Women, Gender, & Sexuality Studies from the University of Virginia. Outside of her academic work, Bridget enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and traveling.
